My name is Daisy!! I am HAVEN's Raven. I believe it is very important for all "egg-cellent" boys and girls to learn how to keep their bodies safe!

The "Egg-cellent" Story of Daisy, HAVEN's Raven was developed to be used with HAVEN's Helping Kids Help Themselves - A Child Sexual Assault Prevention Program.

This storybook is written in an age appropriate, non-threatening manner and can be utilized as a prevention tool for children. The story can aid children in learning key messages for personal body safety and ownership.

In order for children to absorb the concepts of personal safety, this story alone is not enough. Parents, caregivers and educators must reintroduce key safety messages throughout the child's development. Consistent reinforcement and open lines of healthy communication are crucial.
